Terms of Use
The agreement for using Rheme and this site. We have kept it readable on purpose.
This is a plain-language draft prepared while we finish a formal review. It will be finalized before launch.
Using Rheme
By installing the runtime or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you are using Rheme on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing for that organization.
Your licence
The runtime is offered under its published open-source licence, and that licence governs what you may do with the code. These terms cover the website and the brand around it. You may read, link to, and quote these pages with attribution. The Rheme name and wordmark stay ours.
Acceptable use
Use Rheme for lawful work. Do not present its output as a guarantee of truth, use it to deceive about who said something, or strip the attribution it preserves in order to pass one voice off as another. The runtime reports what it reads. What you do with that reading is your responsibility.
No warranty
Rheme is provided as is. It is fast, deterministic, and carefully reviewed, and it is still software. We make no warranty that it fits a particular purpose or that every reading is correct, and you should check anything that carries weight.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Rheme or this site. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
